Programme Governance

We establish SteerCo structures, reporting cadences, and escalation paths from the outset — so decision-making is clear and issues are surfaced early, not buried.

Change Control

A rigorous change request process that assesses impact on scope, cost, timeline, and acceptance criteria before any change is approved. No scope creep by default.

Acceptance & Sign-off

Milestone acceptance is conditional on defined criteria being met in full — not just platform availability. We hold ourselves and delivery teams to that standard.

Fixed-price. Outcome-driven. No surprises.

Where appropriate, we structure engagements on a fixed-price basis — with costs tied to agreed outcomes, not hours worked. That aligns our incentives with yours: we succeed when you succeed.

Discovery activities refine requirements and designs, but refinements that remain within the agreed scope and objectives do not constitute scope change. We won't come back for additional fees because the detail proved more complex than estimated — that's our risk to manage.

Any material change to scope, cost, or timeline is subject to a formal change request, agreed in writing. That transparency is part of our operating model, not an afterthought.
